Wee Rascals Too (Kintore)

Meet the staff at Wee Rascals Too

Sandra Allan is our Manager of Wee Rascals Too

I began my career in Childcare in 2006 when I moved from Inverness to Aberdeen after completing my HNC in Childcare. In 2007 I started at our Victoria Street Nursery as Nursery Nurse where I remained until 2009 when I went off to university to study Social Work. I graduated from University in 2012 and subsequently returned to our Victoria Street Nursery as the 2-3 Room Leader before being promoted to Assistant Manager. I left Victoria Street in 2014 to become a Social Worker in a Children in Need Team. During this time I gave birth to my eldest daughter who started at Victoria Street when she was one . In 2020 I gave birth to my second daughter and was looking for a move back into Childcare and so I was really pleased to get the opportunity to return to Summer's in the role of Manager here at Wee Rascals Too. I am proud of the Nursery and the fantastic team we have here in Kintore. The girls are all so dedicated and enthusiastic, and together we provide a homely atmosphere for all our families. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the Pre Birth to 3, and the Curriculum for Excellence, and we continue to learn and grow as a team by keeping up to date with relevent policy's and documentation.

Sandra's qualifications include:

  • BA (Hons) Social Work
  • HNC in Early Education and Childcare
